This office was well run, clean, and Dr. Park kind and gently humorous. I feel very comfortable going here. City MD made me the appointment here after contracting a stomach bug, and I am going to switch to Dr. Park as my GI. Thank you!

So nice and quick to see me - took the time to really discuss symptoms and solutions (didn’t just get me in and out) and was available for follow-up immediately.

Very frustrating experience. I booked an appointment with Dr. Park, and the first time they canceled it due to a “double booking.” So I booked another appointment for the following week, as it was the earliest available slot. I also booked an appointment with another doctor in the same network for the next day because I needed to be seen sooner, and the office confirmed that appointment and sent me a confirmation email. A few hours later, someone called saying I needed to pay a deposit and that my appointment was actually not confirmed. I couldn’t talk at that moment, and when I said so, he simply hung up and never called back. Later that evening, both of my appointments, including the one with Dr. Park the following week, were canceled without any proper explanation. Very unprofessional and disorganized communication. If a deposit is required to confirm an appointment, this should be clearly communicated during booking and before sending a confirmation.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Park. The first gastroenterologist who listened, read my history and gave a proper diagnosis.

I had a great experience with Connie, she listened to my symptoms and was very proactive in my care. I appreciated her straightforward approach and bedside manner.
Only feedback is for the billing department. I took an at home breath test and had to pay copay, but was told I would be credited the investment when I returned the test to the office. I have not received compensation after serval follow ups. If you are a new patient - do not allow them to steal your money.

Dr. Park was amazing, it was my first time visiting this office today. Honestly I can say Dr. Park listened to all of the symptoms I was having, followed up with discovery questions and did testing. She made me feel seen and heard and didn’t opt to just prescribe me over the counter Metamucil or miralax! She is digging deeper to find the cause of my gut issues and I am appreciative of her attentiveness, knowledge and care. Also, Dr. Park assistants were so nice, spoke and greeted me with a smile and they were very gentle. The office space was so nice and clean very modern aesthetic. If you want to be feel seen and heard I recommend visiting Dr. Park and her practice.

Dr. Park was very thorough when explaining options and risks. She did not dismiss me because of my age, gender, or history of mental health conditions as other doctors have.

It is always a pleasure to speak with Doctor Park. She is very kind and professional. She listens to my questions and concerns. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease around 8 years ago, I saw multiple Gastroenterologists looking for guidance but ended up feeling confused, but after a colleague suggested Dr. Park, I realized I found the right one for me. I never understood my condition as well until I met her. She is amazing and I’ve been seeing her for over 3 years now.

Dr. Connie was a breath of fresh air. I have been dealing with a plethora of health issues over the course of 5 years and therefore dealing with many doctors. I can confidently say Dr. Connie was one of the most empathetic doctors I have dealt with who listened to me the whole time without interrupting. That level of care is very important to me, and it’s rare to find a doctor like her. Best Doctor I ever come across. Dr. Park listens intensionally to address your concerns and find solutions. I found her through google searches, read the reviews and indeed it did not disappoint. She gets to the root of cause and takes from that way up.
